Want to spend more time outside with your hands in the dirt, learn where your food comes from and get a whole lotta delicious veggies to take home?
Welcome to Chance Farm’s work trade program.
Whether you are a seasoned farmer or a novice with a budding interest, we would love for you to be a part of our work trade program. We have various shifts available. If these hours do not fit into your schedule but you are still interested in a work trade, please reach out with a consistent 4 hour shift that does! We really count on your help to get the harvest out of the fields and into the homes of our community, so please only apply if you are able to consistently show up for the majority of your preferred shift between June - September.

In exchange for your hard-work you will receive a CSA share every week that you volunteer.
We will also have BIG volunteer days a few times a season to harvest produce like our garlic. If you would like to be kept in the loop about those days, please fill out the form below.

Sundays from 8 am - 12 pm
Mondays from 8 am - 12 pm
Tuesday Market from 3 pm - 7 pm
Thursdays from 8 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm
